Pre Natal Massage: Human touch has long been recognised as a powerful healing agent soothing and even curing many physical discomforts of pregnancy eg. alleviate tired muscles and reduce water retention. A full body massage stimulates nerve endings in the skin and the amniotic sac and improves the flow of blood and lymph so that oxygen, nutrients and waste products can be transports more efficiently. It also helps to lower your heart rate and blood pressure. This is a treatment of pure relaxation. (Due to new insurance guidelines, please ask your healthcare provider if they feel it is ok for you to receive a massage during your pregnancy)

Body Treatments
Organic Satin Body Exfoliation And Manuka Honey Treatment: In association with sunflower and orange oils, this exfoliation will nourish and purify the skin, leaving it silky and soft. This is followed by the application of warm manuka honey to any problematic areas eg, stretch marks, scar tissue, damaged or prematurely aged skin before manuka honey oil is massaged into the whole body. To finish, the body is wrapped in muslin and while you lie back and relax the honey is absorbed deep into the skin. A welcome combination for stressed, tired bodies.
