For mums-to-be in their 3rd trimester, learn how to use breath, movements and postures to relax, focus and manage pain during labour and birth. Being active in labour will not only help you to feel more in control, it can also encourage the baby to move into and through the birth canal more easily.

Using your breath and movements designed to minimise pain and maximise the effects of gravity, labour and birth don't have to be a dreaded event but can potentially become an exhilarating experience! Partners will learn how they can support you both physically and emotionally so bring them along wherever possible. The next workshop dates are listed below.
