Pure Health is a mind, body & spirit, complementary health centre, a place to get away from day to day stress and find inner calm. Combining therapy rooms with a bright, spacious yoga & pilates studio, we offer everything you need to achieve your personal goals. We are based in Ongar, beside Blanchardstown and Clonee in Dublin 15. From ancient techniques such as Yoga, the mind body path to enlightenment, to cutting edge therapies such as Hypnotherapy, a way to gain control over your life and habits, or fitness techniques such as Pilates, the effective core strength system devised by a physiotherapist. From a relaxing massage or organic beauty treatment, to Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine; which treats a multitude of ailments, to Reflexology, treating the entire body from the feet up; you can choose a medicinal therapy or some pampering time for yourself.
